Item sales

What the kitchen sold, dish by dish, on both apps

A settlement knows an order was worth ₹515. It does not know it was a paratha, a noodles and a kothu. The platforms' itemwise reports do — and here both apps land on one line per dish.

What it does
  • Both platforms' item reports

Zomato's itemwise report — daily, weekly or monthly, a whole portfolio in one file — and Swiggy's order report with the items packed into each row, variants and all.

  • One line per dish, across both apps

“Chicken Biryani” on one app and “Chicken Biriyani” on the other are the same dish. Names are compared, not just equated, and matched one to one, so a dish is never counted twice.

  • Quantity and value, per app and in total

Swiggy, Zomato and both together on the same row, sortable by any column, with the menu section folded under the dish.

  • Any brand, outlet, app and period

Scoped the way the rest of the console is, searchable by dish, and downloadable as a workbook of the whole table rather than the page on screen.

How you use it

3 steps

  1. Download the itemwise report

From each platform's partner portal, as you already do.

  2. Upload it

Filed against the brand and outlet by the platform's restaurant ID, like every other export.

  3. Read the menu

Sort by what sold most, or by what earned most, and download it for the owner.

Start with one brand and last month’s settlement file.

  • No partner-portal login needed
  • Your data is never sold or shared
