Payout reconciliation

Every Swiggy and Zomato payout, rebuilt from the file

What the customer paid, less the platform's fees and charges, against what actually settled — for every order, from the settlement exports you already download. What does not tie becomes a claim you can send, with its working.

What it does
  • The payout equation, order by order

What the customer paid, less commission, fees, discounts and taxes, against what settled. The share of orders that tie is stated before anything is imported, so a wrong mapping is caught before it reaches the books.

  • Commission checked two ways

Whether the platform worked out its own stated rate correctly — provable from the file alone — and whether that rate is the one you negotiated. Two different claims, never merged into one number.

  • Deductions outside the order rows

Advertising, penalties and adjustments billed against the statement rather than an order are counted too — including a settlement week with no orders that still carried a charge.

  • Cancellations, per platform

Swiggy and Zomato settle a cancelled order differently. The convention is read off the file, and an order the file's own arithmetic cannot explain is reported as unchecked rather than claimed.

  • A claim you can paste and send

Findings are grouped the way a claim is filed, and copy out with the orders, the amounts and the arithmetic, ready for the partner-portal ticket. Then tracked through raised, in progress, won or written off.

  • Checked against the platform's own statement

Where the settlement file states what the platform declared it paid, the order rows are held against it, and the difference is printed rather than hidden.

How you use it

4 steps

  1. Download the settlement export

Swiggy's weekly settlement, monthly annexure or consolidated CSV; Zomato's weekly or monthly settlement report. No partner-portal login is ever asked for.

  2. Drop it in

The file reads the platform's restaurant ID and files itself under the right brand, outlet and platform. A re-upload replaces rather than duplicates.

  3. Read the findings

Sorted by the portal the claim goes into and by what each one is worth.

  4. Raise what is worth raising

Copy the claim, send it, and record where it got to. Recovered money lands on the brand's report.

Start with one brand and last month’s settlement file.

  • No partner-portal login needed
